Check-in begins at 4 P.M. warmly welcomed by friendly staff and a full-course dinner.  Beer and wine are provided with dinner. Check-out follows the conclusion of your final hunt and brunch or 12 P.M. Transportation to and from the Aberdeen Airport is included upon request. Please make arrangements during time of reservation.

Duck Season: Sept. 26 - Dec. 11, 2020 ($86-121)     
*Packages do not guarantee morning & afternoon hunts.
*Group sizes under six hunters are not guaranteed private rights to a guide and field.
* Any hunter 16 or under must be accompanied by parent or guardian and have completed a hunter safety course.  
*Licenses, travel expense, shotgun and shells are not included in package pricing and are each hunter's responsibility.

Must have one of the following Combination license, or Small Game, or Youth Small Game, or 1-Day Small Game In addition, residents must also have South Dakota Migratory Bird Certification, State Habitat Stamp ($10) and Federal Waterfowl Stamp (not required for those under age 16).



Licenses for Fall seasons are limited and issued by lottery drawing. Application deadline is July 10. Licenses of limited-day duration require a start date for hunt before a license will be issued; start date may be changed through GFP License Office prior to the start date; applicants without a start date will have license held if successful in drawing, and may provide start date at any time before season, but please allow ample time for mailing license See season application information for details.



Licenses for Unit 00B cover most of the state and are valid for 2, 5 day periods. 

Licenses for Unit 00V in northeastern SD on private ground only  are valid for 3 consecutive days.

September Canada Goose licenses are valid for the length of that season (Sept. 5-30) .


South Dakota Migratory Bird Certification is included in nonresident waterfowl license. 

Federal Waterfowl Stamp is required for those 16 and older.

State Habitat Stamp is Required for nonresidents ($25) & residents ($10) over the age of 18. 

Youth age 12 (or will turn 12 by Dec. 31) may hunt and have same license requirements as adults.

Harvested Birds

All birds must be taken off premises prior to departure of each respective hunter. Bird cleaning is done at $5 / bird. Great Frontier Meats is our go-to when it comes to our processing needs. To provide you with a sausage product of your harvested birds please contact them at (605) 994-2632 for pricing inquiries.


50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The required amount will be applied towards the final package purchase. If a cancellation occurs, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited. Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
